Sunlight Readable trioLCD transflective displays
-FPD Design Group proudly provides the next generation of
sunlight readable transflective LCD displays with our line
of trioLCD transflective displays. These displays are perfect
for applications requiring low heat and/or low power consumption
while providing excellent sunlight viewability. A truly
remarkable product!
A/D Driver Boards – Our A/D TFT LCD controller
boards run our trioLCD transflective displays as well as
those of most major manufacturers. There are 9 different
models to choose from (and one Plasma controller board model)
–driving VGA to WUXGA resolutions and accepting a variety
of inputs. We support small production orders, mass production
(up to 30k month) and anywhere in between. We can also provide
custom manufactured TFT LCD boards.
Inverters –FPD supports volume orders
of inverters for LCD display products specifically matched
up to the power requirements of the display that it will
be used in conjunction with.
Touch Screen Controllers –No need to pay
some of the ridiculous prices quoted by the major touchscreen
manufacturers. FPD’s small form-factor touch controllers
are compatible with resistive and capacitive touchscreens
from most touchscreen manufacturers
Touchscreens –FPD can help you choose
the right touchscreen for your application. We provide Resistive,
Surface Wave Acoustic, Capacitive, Projected Capacitance,
and Infrared touchscreens from major manufacturers and,
in some cases, can also provide enhancements to the touchscreen
(bonded glass, A/R films, etc.) for additional security
& optimum optical performance.
Integrated Systems –For those seeking
more than system level components, FPD provides LCD Kits,
Touchscreen Monitors, Openframe Monitors, Industrial Rackmount
Displays, NEMA Displays, and Sunlight Readable Systems (both
active and passive enhanced displays) designed & built
by FPD and/or FPD approved integration partners that utilize
components from FPD. Custom built products are also available.
Display Enhancements –From our most noteworthy,
trioLCD transflective enhancement, to various enhancement
and security films (including anti-reflective, anti-glare,
haze filters and BEF/DBEF films), FPD covers a wide range
of display enhancements designed to provide the optimal
optical performance for our valuable customers.
Thermal Management Products
StablCor –An amazing new PCB technology
offered in conjunction with our partner company, Thermalworks,
which actually pulls heat away from components on boards
using this technology creating powerful thermal advantages.
StablCor also provides for control of CTE (the Coefficient
of Thermal Expansion) allowing for DDA (Direct Die Attached)
componentry and, of course, more compact designs.
Hi-Therm PCB –Another amazing development
in PCB technology, FPD offers PCB’s from Hi-Therm that can
operate in up to a remarkable 400 degrees Celsius before
deterioration of PCB performance. These boards are an excellent
product for aerospace & military applications.
Custom Heat Sinks –In conjunction with
our partner company, Thermalworks, FPD offers custom heat
sinks that are much lighter & more effective at heat
transfer than heat sink products currently available in
the market. Current customers include major Tier 1 EMS/CEM
companies with offices around the world.
